Friday, November 25 2022, Extinction rebellion held a protest mars against over consumption in the inner city of Groningen, Netherlands. This series of photos shows the mars going through the ‘oude kijk in ’t jatstraat,’ a busy street with a lot of stores organizing Black Friday discounts. The mars went through the inner city of Groningen along streets with many stores. In this time of the year, many stores organize large discounts to attract consumers spending money for the upcoming Xmas period.
